Job descriptionExperience in the customer service area Experience in the debt collection department will be an asset Fluent knowledge of German (min. Responsibilities :
- Daily contact with the customer regarding overdue payments (by phone and e-mail)
- Offering customers the best solutions
- Updating customers’ data in the system
- Creating reports and notes from conversations with customers
- Introducing process improvements
