What We're Looking For

We're looking for an

experienced, data-driven Marketing Growth Manager

to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive Welltech's revenue growth. You'll combine performance marketing expertise, creative strategy, and funnel optimization to uncover new opportunities for revenue growth — directly impacting our business results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead strategic, cross-functional growth initiatives across paid acquisition, creative, product growth, and analytics to drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that expand current product positioning, launch new audience segments, and improve conversion efficiency across app and web funnels.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and MarTech teams to identify high-impact opportunities, test new hypotheses, and scale successful growth tactics globally.
• Bring a performance marketing mindset — analyze data, manage trade-offs, and turn insights into scalable marketing strategies.
