Job description

B2B contract until the end of 2025, with an option to extend for 2026.

Work Mode : Hybrid (6 times / month onsite in Kraków – preferred – or Warsaw).

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our client team on a B2B contract basis. You will play a key role in supporting multiple projects or value streams, working closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into effective, actionable solutions. You will help shape customer journeys, support Agile delivery, and contribute to large-scale transformation initiatives in a highly regulated, enterprise environment.

Technical Skills :

  • Solid understanding of IT and security capabilities related to enterprise-level projects.
  • Hands-on knowledge of DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible).
  • Experience with Agile delivery frameworks : Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
  • Familiarity with business process modelling and requirements management tools.
  • Experience & Education :

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in Quality Assurance roles.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements and participate in testing.
  • Experience with data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

    Elicit, clarify, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications., Analyse and map business and IT processes., Create detailed customer journey maps and product functionality analyses., Support solution design by working with technical and delivery experts to evaluate options and recommend the best fit., Collaborate on change management tasks such as stakeholder engagement and progress tracking., Work closely with Product Owners on roadmapping, writing epics and user stories, and managing the product backlog., Assist in solution implementation, including readiness and pilot phases., Contribute to training and communication activities supporting organizational change., Manage the full requirements lifecycle from inception through continuous improvement., Use DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible) to support delivery where applicable., Apply Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Disciplined Agile)., Support risk identification and mitigation in cooperation with senior stakeholders.] Requirements : Business analysis, Cybersecurity, Jenkins, Ansible Additionally : Sport subscription, Private healthcare.
