Providing customer support for the purchase of electric cars or after-sales support (inbound calls and chats)
Establishing and maintaining customer relations
Ongoing reporting in the systems

Requirements :

Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Spanish / Italian / French / Greek / German / Bulgarian / Dutch / Swedish / Hungarian / Croatian / Czech / Romanian / Slovak / Chinese

English – B2

Ability to work from the office in Lublin.

Excellent technical skills (MS Office, Browsers, general computer skills).

Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.

Shift work : 5 days a week, Monday – Saturday. 8 hours daily with 30 min of break included.

Working days : Monday - Saturday 09 : 00 - 18 : 00, a few times a month working Saturdays.
