Senior Backend Developer (Java)

Job descriptionPrometheus CloudWatch Kafka RabbitMQ Develop robust backend systems that can scale and evolve with business needs. Help shape the technical architecture and guide key engineering decisions. Work closely with product, design, and other teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Maintain high engineering standards through thoughtful code reviews and collaboration. Drive features from idea to production, ensuring they meet both technical and business goals. Identify areas for improvement and actively contribute to performance, stability, and maintainability. 4+ years of experience with Java (preferably Java 17) or other JVM languages. Strong knowledge of Spring (Spring Boot, WebFlux), multithreading, and design patterns. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS (S3, SQS, SNS). Familiarity with REST and gRPC, contract-first API development. Practical experience with SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Redis, ElasticSearch). Good grasp of CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and monitoring / logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, CloudWatch). Experience with asynchronous messaging (Kafka or RabbitMQ). Understanding of distributed systems and reactive programming. Cutting-edge projects in an international environment. Training budget and support for certifications.
