YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in CRM consulting, Project / Product management, Salesforce implementation or digital transformation
  • Strong business analysis and process mapping experience
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and modules
  • Experience working on end-to-end Salesforce CRM projects
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes and customer engagement strategies
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Fluent in English (additional languages like German, French or Spanish are a plus)
  • Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, SharePoint, PowerBI
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Nice to have :

  • Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201), Salesforce Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant / Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Specialist / Pardot Specialist, Salesforce Architect
  • Experience with Agile delivery and DevOps practices (CI / CD, Git, etc.)
  • Familiarity with other CRM systems (MS Dynamics, HubSpot, SAP CRM) is a plus
