For one of our key Clients we're looking for a two specialists for the positions of :

ServiceNow Architect (ITSM + CID | CAD)

Terms of engagement :

nbsp;

Area : nbsp; IT Consulting

Vacancies : nbsp;2

Localisation : nbsp; 100% remote

Start : nbsp; ASAP (max 3 month notice period)

Salary rate (determined individually) : nbsp; 185 - 210 PLN net + VAT / h

Terms : nbsp;B2B (outsourcing via 1dea), full-time, long-term (minimum 12 month+ contracts)

Recruitment process (100% remotely) :

• Phone "hello" interview with 1dea recruitment consultant (~10 min)
• Technical and business conversation with our Client (approx. 1,5 hour)
• Decision to cooperate

Scope of duties :

Lead ServiceNow Solution Lifecycle : nbsp;Drive solutions from requirements to optimization

Architect amp; Design : nbsp;Create robust ServiceNow solution architectures

Analyze CMDB / CSDM Impact : nbsp;Assess changes on ITSM and ITOM processes

Guide Development : nbsp;Lead teams and manage business process implementation

Mentor amp; Lead : nbsp;Provide technical and architectural guidance to the team

Kogo poszukujemy?

5+ years of hands-on experience nbsp;in ServiceNow implementation or architecture

ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification nbsp;is a must-have

A proven track record ofnbsp; leading project activities nbsp;as a Lead Developer, Delivery Manager, or Architect

Deep understanding ofnbsp; ServiceNow architecture nbsp;and a knack fornbsp; mentoring technical teams

Extensive knowledge of variousnbsp; ServiceNow modules nbsp;andnbsp; custom development

Proficiency innbsp; discovery, automation, compliance-driven infrastructure solutions , andnbsp; multi-source data integrations

The ability to translate complex business needs into elegant, pragmatic solution designs

Solid grasp ofnbsp; enterprise application architecture ,nbsp; ITIL , andnbsp; Agile methodologies

English B2+ level (for collaborating with team / external partners)

nbsp;

Nice to have :

Proficiency in German or other European languages

A university degree in technology or a related field
