What this job involves :

As a Senior Facilities Manager at JLL, you'll be at the forefront of shaping a brighter way for our clients and fellow employees across our Rolls-Royce contract. In this role, you'll lead and oversee facility operations, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction in line with Polish standards and regulations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, both locally and across our global network, to develop and implement innovative strategies that drive efficiency and sustainability. What your day-to-day will look like : Overall responsibility for Hard and Soft facilities including plant, equipment, utilities, cafeteria, security, building services e.g. heating, ventilation and air-conditioning and management of sub-contractors on site. Procurement, Design and contract management are also requirements.

  • Managing and Maintaining Buildings services and grounds
  • Manage relationship with Building Landlords
  • Catering and vending Services
  • Cleaning Services
  • Manage all mechanical and electrical service and works
  • Health and safety
  • Utilities and communications infrastructure
  • Space management
  • Security Services
  • EHS Compliance
  • Arranging for all important inspections, approvals and licenses
  • Maintain safety and security; monitor access; maintain appearance and overall environment of the organization and wellness facilities.
  • Developing and administering the policies of the facility.
  • Preparing, maintaining and submitting the reports and records to the Client and IFM team
  • Take part in reviewing, interviewing, hiring, coaching, supervising, and assessing of new staff.
  • A stable financial position should be maintained for the operation of the facility.
  • Exercising sound fiscal management practices.
  • Attend staff conferences and trainings.
  • Management of staff on site
  • Meet and exceed Client relationship and expectations.
  • On call for the sites when required.
  • Travel between sites when required.
  • Manage projects for the sites when required.

Experience :

  • Have a trade / Engineering qualification and background
  • Soft service experience
  • Previous experience of managing people preferable
  • I.T Skills – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Strong administration, organizational, documentation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to tight timescales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Work closely with Operations and Support Departments to meet the business objectives.
  • 4 plus years management experience within the maintenance / engineering / utilities / facilities environment
  • Candidate to have a Trade / Engineering qualification
