Your responsibilities

Processing orders in the system (SAP) based on the input from customers and salesmen
Phone and e-mail contact with customers
Close cooperation with various internal departments
Organization of deliveries and material flow within the company in line with relevant regulations
Handling warranty and return process
Actively proposing process optimizations

Our requirements

Proficient written and verbal communication in Danish (B2 / C1) and good level of English is a must (B2)

Some experience or background in logistics, supply chain, business administration or customer service (preferably in the technical sector, SSC / BPO) would be an additional advantage

Familiarity with SAP is a nice plus

You enjoy being a part of a team, see great value in partnership and deliver outstanding customer service with strong communication skills

You're open-minded and tackle tasks with a positive and constructive can-do attitude
