Requirements Who we are looking for

  • Excellent English skills (C1); German skills would be an asset;
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred;
  • 3+ years of experience in talent supply chain consulting or a similar role;
  • Proven track record of successfully managing suppliers;
  • Proven track record of successfully managing talent management processes (onboarding, contracts);
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, including negotiating skills and managing contracts for subcontractors (external workforce);
  • Exceptional customer service skills;
  • Familiarity with data analytics;
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment;
  • Solution-oriented and team player mindset.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, HRCI, or equivalent are a plus;
  • Previous experience with SAP Fieldglass is a plus;

Your future role

  • Provide guidance and manage stakeholders (Business, Legal team, Procurement);
  • Manage relationships with vendors (contractors – external workforce);
  • Create statements of work, job postings, and work orders;
  • Responsible for the full cycle from onboarding to payment of invoices for contractors;
  • Cooperate with the Systems Admin team on contract management and onboarding of contractors;
  • Support the payment process of invoices;
  • Assist users in navigating the tool and manage updates to all user materials;
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports;
  • Work with vendor systems (SAP Fieldglass, VMS, ARIBA), HRIS, and finance systems (VDM and Swift).
