Working as a SAP EWM Specialist you will :
- Tackle complex technical challenges within the SAP EWM module and customer-specific solutions
- Deliver 2nd and 3rd line support, handling advanced support tickets related to warehouse management systems
- Conduct thorough problem analysis to identify root causes and configure SAP systems for effective solutions
- Work collaboratively with 1st-level support and other IT teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Build strong client relationships by responding to support requests promptly and professionally
- Monitor and report on ticket trends to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
- Lead and implement minor projects and system enhancements tailored to client requirements
- Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, solutions, and project changes to ensure knowledge sharing

Qualifications
Hold a degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related fieldDemonstrate advanced expertise in SAP EWM, including design and management of warehouse operations (preferably in SAP S / 4HANA 2020 or newer)Integrate EWM with other SAP modules to optimize warehouse management and inventory accuracyResolve technical issues to ensure efficient warehouse performance and resource utilizationApply strong analytical skills to solve complex problemsCommunicate effectively with clients and team members, both verbally and in writingUse ticket management systems to organize and track support requestsApply project management principles to oversee small-scale projects and system changesStay current with SAP developments and adapt to new technologiesWork independently while managing multiple prioritiesPossess SAP certifications in relevant modules (preferred)Understand ITIL practices and managed service processesDemonstrate excellent command of Polish & English; knowledge of German is an advantageWe offer
