Main purpose of the position / Key expectations :

We are looking for a structured, analytical, and curious Customer & Market Insight Specialist who loves working with data and turning complexity into clarity. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys data crunching, hypothesis-driven thinking, and turning multi-source data into actionable commercial insight.

You will work across key data sets—including our Customer Engagement Survey (CES), ISS Experience Survey (IES), digital marketing engagement data, and external market intelligence—to help ISS make smarter, faster decisions in areas like customer engagement, workplace experience, and go-to-market strategy.

The role also includes leading our global market research efforts and owning the development of dashboards that enable stronger marketing and commercial reporting.

What you’ll do :

  • Turn core data sets (CES, IES, digital marketing, and market intelligence) into actionable insights
  • Help define and test commercial hypotheses that support customer retention, growth, and marketing effectiveness
  • Lead global primary market research and insight generation
  • Build and maintain dashboards for marketing and commercial reporting (e.g. Power BI)
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, and Customer Experience teams

Who you’ll work with :

  • Global Marketing team, including Digital Marketing, Customer Engagement, and Experience Survey owners
  • Commercial and Segment leads in global and local teams
  • External vendors and partners (e.g. Qualtrics, HubSpot, secondary research providers like Frost & Sullivan)
  • Internal stakeholders such as IT and data teams supporting tools and integrations
  • Key qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, market research, or commercial insights
  • Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Qualtrics and HubSpot is an advantage
  • Proven ability to manage survey data and synthesize across multiple sources
  • Experience building and automating reports and dashboards
