For our client – a global technology company developing innovative solutions across industry, healthcare, and consumer markets – we are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Global Demand Generation Marketing Specialist.
Location : Remote or Hybrid (Flexible, not limited to Warsaw)
Type of contract : Temporary employment contract (12–18 months)
Seniority level : Mid–Senior (Job grade 11–12)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop end-to-end integrated marketing programs for end-users, channel partners, and sales teams to drive performance across the marketing funnel
- Create end-user email campaign strategies, including targeted content and lead nurturing programs
- Partner with the global paid media team to build search and social strategies—crafting messaging, selecting visuals, CTAs, and landing pages to ensure a seamless customer journey and meet annual KPIs
- Act as a strategic advisor by translating business goals into clear creative briefs for internal and external teams (platform experts, designers, and agencies), ensuring messaging resonates with all target audiences
- Manage projects effectively : oversee timelines, align stakeholders, and drive consistency across global and local teams, including segment, portfolio, content, and UX leaders
- Lead global campaign reporting for 12 key countries—updating monthly metrics (e.g., marketing contacts, MQLs, opportunities) and supporting integrated performance reviews in collaboration with regional teams
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 7 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or a similar roleStrong skills in writing creative briefs, project and stakeholder managementAnalytical mindset with experience in setting and tracking KPIs (Salesforce, Adobe / Google Analytics or similar tools)Fluent English required (reporting to US-based manager, CST time zone)Experience in CRM email marketing, especially in creating campaigns and reporting their effectiveness is a plus (knowledge of Eloqua is an advantage)What we offer :
