About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take a pivotal role in the success of the Data Center Migration Program. You will oversee and integrate complex projects, ensuring effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders while managing essential project parameters such as costs, scope, quality, and time. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering seamless project execution and driving success within a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Integration Management : Oversee and coordinate high-level project processes, including initiation, scope management, change control, budgeting, and closure.
• Strategic Planning : Collaborate with project teams to estimate effort, set timelines, and prioritize tasks based on overall project objectives.
• Resource Optimization : Monitor and analyze team workloads, manage resource availability, and supervise the performance of internal and external contributors.
• Risk Mitigation : Identify risks and implement strategies to address them proactively. Report critical issues to stakeholders and maintain transparent communication.
• Status Reporting : Provide comprehensive updates on project progress, including quality assurance, documentation reviews, and deliverables.
