Position Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive SAP professional to lead the SAP FIORI workstream within our global S / 4HANA transformation.

Responsibilities include :

  • Lead the SAP FIORI workstream as part of QIAGEN’s global SAP S / 4HANA transformation initiative
  • Oversee and coordinate external IT service providers to ensure cost-effective, high-quality SAP development services — including managing deliverables, service levels (SLAs), and budgets
  • Strengthen SAP FIORI security and system resilience in close collaboration with the global Cybersecurity team
  • Collaborate with business process owners, key users, the Cloud Center of Excellence, SAP Application and Service Managers, and external partners to continuously enhance SAP FIORI services
  • Manage change and demand processes by reviewing and prioritizing requests together with the IT support team
  • Ensure quality and compliance by reviewing and approving all relevant deliverables from external IT service providers

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related natural science field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a consultant, developer, or SAP technical architect, including 2–3 SAP implementation projects
  • Strong expertise in SAP Fiori, UI5, HTML, CSS, SAP UI / UX design, with knowledge of JavaScript, XML / JSON, and RESTful APIs
  • Solid experience in SAP ABAP, ABAP OO, CDS Views, RAP modeling, and OData services
  • Good understanding of agile and lean software development methodologies
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP architecture, security, and authentication is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
