API Integration Developer

Position : API Integration Developer

Location : Łódź, Poland (hybrid, working at last once a month form the office)

Description :

As an Integration Developer at Mativ, you will play a crucial role in designing, testing, implementing, and managing integration solutions. The individual will collaborate with Mativ global teams to deliver accurate information to business users while in alignment with the business solution definition, systems architecture, and development standards for the organization.The developer will contribute to the continuous improvement of technical standards and best practices for all aspects of system integration.

Responsibilities :

• Participate in value add projects and enhancements ranging from small and simple, to large and complex size projects.
• Create and translate business functional requirements into technical requirements and solutions.
• Define, document, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations according to business requirements and according to Mativ’s integration architecture strategy and standards.
• Effectively participate in an IT team of diverse individuals that are geographically dispersed through all project lifecycles.
• Work closely with project delivery leaders to provide input into estimates and timelines.
• Report to supervisor and project delivery leaders any blockers, issues, and risks that could impede timely delivery of solutions per agreed timelines
• Evaluate, prototype, and propose innovative solutions to identify new or enhanced capabilities to assist with deploying business value-driven solutions.
• Work closely with the Enterprise Architect to provide input evolving the integration strategy for long term sustainability and value creation.
• Develop into a trusted advisor by building strong relationships with internal and external partners.
