Business Analyst

How do we work?

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-oriented Business Analyst / Product Owner to help drive and support our product development strategy. We work in an international environment with Product managers located in Poland and Business stakeholders located in Canada, Poland, and the UK.

In this role, you will :

• Collect and document business and regulatory requirements and translate these into detailed functional specifications.
• Prepare test cases and test plans for projects.
• Support engineering teams in conducting UAT testing.
• Evaluate potential software solutions, including off-the-shelf and open-source components, and the system architecture to ensure that they meet business requirements.
• Work closely with engineering teams acting as a bridge between development and business teams.
• Build, refine and maintain product backlogs while working closely with Product Manager and stakeholders.
• Cooperate with Product Manager and Engineering Leads on managing the team's backlog and roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects planning and implementation.
