Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Veeva Vault SME who can provide guidance and expertise services for the clinical part of the Development Cloud solutions of Veeva Vault. The Development Cloud is a suite of applications that helps life sciences companies streamline their clinical, regulatory, medical, safety and quality processes. As a Veeva Vault SME, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, configuration, and integration of the clinical Development Cloud solutions with other systems and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical design (Business Analysis mindset) and expertise for the clinical Development Cloud solutions on the associated Domain Vault.
- Challenge the designs and technical proposition suggested by Veeva or other project members. You’re also able to say “no” when it is out of scope.
- Investigate best possible technical solutions.
- Act as technical reference point of contact for your domain.
- Be part of project teams and contribute to the implementation of new modules.
- Ensure technology consistency in the domain you’re working on, by using most appropriate tools and configurations.
- Perform Change Requests end to end, including testing and documentation updates.
- Perform complex technical tasks on Veeva Vault.
- Maintain the system technical documentation, specifications, and procedures for the clinical Development Cloud solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest features, enhancements, and best practices of the clinical Development Cloud solutions.
- Acting as a coach, you’re able to explain newly implemented elements to others (Transfer of knowledge).
- Execute, write and review test scrips (IQ, OQ, …).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant experience in information technology.Minimum 6 months experience in Veeva Vault administration, support, and migration is mandatory.Experience with regulated environments, a GxP system and its validation is required.Strong knowledge of Veeva Cloud solutions and their functionalities, features, and integrations is required.Veeva clinical Development cloud knowledge is beneficial.Already understand and have an overview of the domain (Vault) you’re going to work on.Experience with system deployments is required.Experience in data and document migration from legacy systems to Veeva Vault, using tools such as Veeva Vault Loader.Knowledge about REST APIs, SDKs, and web services.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Capable to write step by step QALM test scripts.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Certification in Veeva Vault Platform Administration is required.Advanced Microsoft Office or similar knowledge is required.Fluent in English is required.Requirements
