YOUR ROLE

As Contract Management Lead,you will lead a team responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuringpliance, efficiency, and alignment with business goals. You will also oversee team performance, foster collaboration across departments, and act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners.

YOUR TASKS

  • Draft contracts, amendments, authorization letters, and related documents.
  • Manage the entire contract lifecycle for merchandise and publishing licensees.
  • Identify licensee contract concerns, determine course of action, and drive resolution with stakeholders.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding contract management issues.
  • Provide updates, reports, and rmendations to senior management.
  • Ensurepliance withpany policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and support continuous improvement.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing contract management team.
  • Monitor team metrics and provide weekly / monthly reporting to senior management.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5-7 years of experience in contract administration; entertainment industry experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • prehensive understanding of contract management principles; solid business and financial acumen.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to review work of Contract Analysts.
  • Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-starter, results-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office; English at CEFR Grade C1 (Advanced) or equivalent.
