Our Cient - Roeslein & Associates Poland, a leader in manufacturing and construction solutions, is seeking an experienced HSE, Fire Protection, and Environmental Coordinator to join international, dynamic team.

Workplace : Kraków or Dębno (Lesser Poland) + 75% business travel (domestic & international)

Your responsibilities

Implement and monitor HSE policies in compliance with Polish Labour Code (Kodeks Pracy) and international regulations (like OSHA / EPA).
Conduct risk assessments (ocena ryzyka zawodowego) and develop safety procedures (LOTO, confined spaces, working at heights).
Conduct HSE training (first aid, evacuation procedures).
Support construction projects in Poland and abroad with HSE compliance.
Participate in audits and continuous improvement of HSE management systems.

Employer requirements

Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, environment safety or related field.

3-7 years of HSE experience in industrial / construction environments.

Knowledge of Polish HSE regulations and international standards.

Certifications like Internal HSE System Auditor (Audytor Wewnętrzny BHP, inspector / specjalista BHP) preferred.

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75% of the time), especially internationally.

Valid category B driving licence required.
