Miejsce pracy : Wrocław

Your responsibilities

Perform Order to Cash activities related to accounting (e.g. clearings credit notes with open items, booking customer payments, prepayments)
Being in charge of closing out the month or quarter (checking accounts and making financial reports)
Post manual & intercompany invoices (recharges)
Compliance with SOX procedures and audit controls
Execute the collection process for French customers
Monitor and perform Order Release & Credit Management process
Follow up on relevant queries and solving escalations in close cooperation with sales and customer care

Our requirements

At least 1 year experience of working in accountancy / finance

Fluency in French and English at a communicative level

Experience in working in international environment; preferably in shared service environment

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP or any other ERP System preferred

Experience in working with end-customers would be a great asset

Experience in working in finance / accountancy would be a plus

Understanding basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
