For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of :

OTC Process Specialist – Italian Speaker - hybrid mode in Łódź

Your responsibilities :

Posting incoming payments and reconciling accounts

Managing deductions and credit items

Cash collection

Releasing blocked orders

Preparing and posting manual payments

Internal and external reporting

Credit management

What we're looking for :

Proficiency in Italian at B2 / C1 level

University degree in Finance / Accounting or relevant certifications / courses (preferred)

At least 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, specifically in the OTC domain

Solid understanding of accounting principles

Experience working with SAP

Proficiency in MS Excel and Word

Strong communication and analytical skills

Proactive approach to problem solving and understanding customer needs

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
