Supporting the Board Members, and performing administrative, and operational tasks - as requested by the Board Members;
Managing calendars;
Organising meetings;
Organising business trips;
Supporting the Management Board members in daily duties;
Managing internal document flow process;
Allocating Management Board’s expenses in an internal system - if necessary;
Acting as the point of contact for the Management Board Members;
Preparing presentations and all necessary documents - if requested by the Board Members.
Our requirements :
Proven and solid professional experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Administrative Assistant or similar (at least 2 years in Administration);
Attention to detail;
Excellent organisational skills with an ability to act proactively and prioritise work;
Strong communication and results orientation skills;
Proficient level of English;
Discretion and confidentiality while managing sensitive company’s data and information.
