Expert for an E-commerce Category Audit | Trailers Market | Polish and German Market | FREELANCE

We're looking for a consultant or expert with experience in e-commerce and market analysis, ideally within the professional trailers or automotive equipment sector, to help us conduct a category audit and define a strategy to improve the online performance of one of Poland’s established trailer producers.

Scope of the project includes :

• Analyzing the e-commerce landscape for trailers in Poland and Germany
• Identifying market trends, customer behavior, competitors, and sales channels
• Recommending ways to optimize digital presence, improve conversion rates, and grow cross-border e-commerce performance

We’re particularly interested in someone with :

Knowledge of one of the markets - either Polish of German is also sufficient.
