Planning Excellence Center - Unscheduled Maintenance

The department of Service Operation Support, Technical Planning, located in Szczecin, is part of a global Service Delivery Centre providing services to internal customers across the world. Main areas of responsibility is Technical Planning of Scheduled / Unscheduled / CIM (Continuous Improvement Management) service activities in SAP and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that personnel are properly trained to deliver services in line with internal procedures and country-specific requirements
  • Manage team members effectively, including conducting regular one-on-one meetings and developing personalized growth plans
  • Lead and contribute to various organizational projects
  • Implement and oversee HR processes such as People Review, Merit, Motivation, and Performance Dialogues
  • Develop clear procedures and instructions to guide operational activities
  • Maintain effective collaboration with service teams and site management

  • You have effective interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment
  • You are capable of leading and supporting a team with clarity and purpose

  • Having a technical background in similar areas will be beneficial

    Work location : Szczecin, Poland.

    Candidates should live in or near Szczecin—ideally within about km, due to the requirement to commute to the office at least twice per week.
