HRIS Specialist - temporary contract

Your responsibilities
- Audit Dashboard Maintenance : Regularly monitor and update HR audit dashboards to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Data Quality Checks : Perform routine data validations and troubleshoot inconsistencies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Dashboard Support & Development : Maintain existing business dashboards and assist in building new ones based on stakeholder needs.
- Reporting & Analysis : Provide ad hoc reports, data extracts, and insights to support HR operations and strategic initiatives.
- Collaboration & Support : Work closely with the lead Specialist to improve and consolidate dashboards, with increasing autonomy over time.
- Process Documentation : Help document recurring processes and data flows to support transparency and continuity.
- Audit Support (Long-Term) : Gradually take over responsibility for quarterly audit preparations and communication with auditors.
Our requirements
Experience with data analysis, reporting, or dashboarding (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.Interest in process improvement and automation (experience with tools like Power Automate or scripting is a plus).Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.What we offer
