About the team & project :

As our Warsaw office continues to grow, we’re expanding our C# development teams within the Fixed Income, Forex, and Credit (FIC) division. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a newly formed team in Poland that will design and build a brand-new internal application from scratch, replacing an existing Java-based system. You will work on advanced trading and market orchestration tools used daily by traders and financial professionals, in collaboration with the international teams based in Warsaw and Paris.

• 3+ years of experience in C# backend development, ideally in real-time or performance-critical environments.
• Strong command of .NET Framework and confidency in building modern backend applications from scratch.
• Experience working with low latency systems and understand performance optimization techniques.
• Experience in Agile methodologies, test-driven development (TDD), and continuous integration practices
• Communication in English with ease.
