Job description

The Role – What You Will Be Doing

As a BIT Analyst , you will act as a key liaison between factory business users and IT teams (both local and global), ensuring effective communication, coordination and project delivery. This is not a coding role – we are looking for someone who can translate business needs into IT language and drive system-related changes on the shop floor.

You will work closely with production, quality, engineering and maintenance departments to support and implement digital tools, manage change, and ensure business continuity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Your key responsibilities will include :

Acting as a bridge between local departments (production, maintenance, Analytical Lab, Process Technology, Engineering) and IT teams

Coordinating the implementation of global IT projects and digital tools in the plant

Translating business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for technical teams

Supporting change management : communicating changes, gathering feedback, minimizing disruption to factory operations

Monitoring and reporting project progress to stakeholders

Supporting system readiness and business continuity (incl. drills and documentation updates)

Initiating and following up on system change requests (CRs), and ensuring feedback loops with stakeholders

Providing first-level support for IT tools used in factory operations

Supporting certifications by implementing IT-related requirements

Your Profile – What We Are Looking For

Experience in a role that connects business and IT (e.g. business analyst, process analyst, IT coordinator)

Solid understanding of business processes and workflows in manufacturing environments

Familiarity with SAP (any modules), SharePoint, and shop floor systems

Experience in coordinating system implementations or supporting digital transformation initiatives

Proactive, structured and self-organized approach

Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities

Fluency in Polish and English is essential
