Role Overview : As a Junior UKG Management Consultant, you will help implement, configure, and support the UKG Time Management module, enhancing clients' HR processes, especially in time tracking. Your expertise in UKG solution and HR best practices will contribute to the success of client in using UKG solution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work independently and with diverse teams to deliver a UKG solution.
• Analyze requirements, design solutions, configure, implement, and troubleshoot UKG Timekeeper, Scheduling / Advance scheduling, Accruals, Analytics, Activities, Attendance
• Guide customers remotely using UKG Best Practices.
• Lead requirement gathering workshops and training sessions.
• Assist stakeholders in their digital transformation with UKG solutions.
• Perform feasibility studies and solution reviews.
