Quality Manager – Food Safety & Compliance

Location : Wrocław, Poland (Relocation support available; open to candidates across Poland)

Compensation Package :

Base Salary : 22,000 PLN / month gross
Quarterly Bonus : 6,000 PLN
Annual Bonus : 10,000 PLN

Position Overview

This is a senior leadership role focused on food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Quality Manager will work closely with executive leadership to drive strategic system improvements, ensure audit readiness, and lead cross-functional quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation and refinement of food safety and quality systems (e.g., ISO, HACCP, GFSI)

Lead internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory standards

Act as the primary contact for clients on quality-related matters

Drive documentation accuracy, training initiatives, and KPI monitoring

Collaborate with leadership to foster a culture of quality and risk awareness

Manage and develop both direct and indirect reports across the organization

Candidate Profile

Extensive background in quality, food safety, and compliance in manufacturing

Proven leadership experience, including direct team management

Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and client expectations

Experience in system design, implementation, and continuous improvement

Certifications :

Relevant qualifications (e.g., ISO, HACCP, GFSI) preferred; specific requirements to be confirmed during the selection process
