YOU WILL

  • Strategic and operational support for managers across all HR processes (employee lifecycle, organizational changes, talent management, development, compensation, etc.)
  • Execution and co-creation of global and local HR projects (including performance management, DEI, well-being, upskilling)
  • Implementation and optimization of HR systems, including participation in the rollout and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors (or other HRIS platforms)
  • Monitoring and analysis of HR metrics (turnover, engagement, absenteeism) and recommending improvement initiatives
  • Collaboration with Recruitment, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations teams
  • Building strong partnerships with team leaders and providing guidance on labor law and HR best practices
  • Coordination of internal communication processes and initiatives that foster organizational culture

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including in HR Manager or HR Business Partner roles
  • Proven experience with HR system implementation (preferably SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Strong advisory skills and the ability to drive HR projects and organizational initiatives
  • Solid knowledge of current HR trends (employee experience, data-driven HR, DEI)
  • Fluent English (minimum B2 / C1) – daily working language
  • Strong interpersonal skills, openness to change, and a collaborative mindset
