SALES & TRAINING ADMIN

The Sales and Training Admin  is responsible for supporting both the sales process and training initiatives within the company. This role involves working closely with the Country Sales Manager to ensure seamless operations and effective training programs. The Sales and Training Administrator will play a key role in expanding the customer base, positioning Ariston products, and enhancing the skills and knowledge of the sales team and customers.

SALES ADMINISTRATION

Servicing all Customers from the sales areas, in particular :

  • Managing orders received from Customers
  • Constant communication with the order fulfillment department in HQ and ARISTON Polska
  • Confirming order fulfillment dates, product availability, etc.
  • Maintaining constant contact with Customers by phone and email
  • Informing Customers about ongoing sales and marketing campaigns
  • Informing Customers about changes in order fulfillment dates
  • Managing logistics complaints
  • Completing and archiving commercial documentation, contracts and agreements
  • Cooperation with Area Managers serving Customers from the sales area
  • Other tasks aimed at maintaining the highest possible level of cooperation with Customers

TRAINING ADMINISTRATION and INSTALLER DATABASE MANAGEMENT

  • Responsibility for the organizational side of training
  • Implementation of all agreements and confirmation of installers' participation in training
  • Management of the training calendar
  • Maintaining and constantly updating the register of participants training
  • Preparing materials for trainings participants
  • Supervising the activity of installers after completing training in accordance with the principles defined by the Marketing Manager
  • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Education : Med or Higher education diploma.
  • Seniority & Experience : +3 years in Sales Administration.
  • Able to organize and prioritize work in a multi-tasking environment.
  • Languages : English;
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP is a plus.
