responsibilities :

• Responsibilities include managing industrial client projects from planning to handover to the support team, ensuring the successful implementation of the software within the clients production environment.
• This involves structured project and milestone planning, monitoring project progress and preparing status reports.
• Other responsibilities include analysing and documenting client requirements, preparing meeting minutes and client specifications, and conducting workshops and training sessions for end users.
• The role also involves providing comprehensive client consultancy, acting as the primary point of contact and independently managing client communication in English.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and provide transparent status updates
• The position also involves representing project interests within the company, coordinating with the team and other departments, and aligning specific client requirements with the software development team when necessary.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders (production managers, engineers, IT leads) to ensure project goals align with manufacturing processes and business needs.
