Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Controlling Specialist to join our financial team. In this role, you will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis while ensuring compliance with international accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports in accordance with IFRS.
  • Support budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
  • Stay updated on accounting standards, including IFRS and US GAAP, and apply them in daily tasks.
  • Participate in process improvements to enhance financial reporting and controls.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Min. 1 year of experience on similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS (required); familiarity with US GAAP is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (fluent level is mandatory).
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
