Job descriptionOversee and coordinate data management processes from start to finish Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to deliver business insights Visualize data trends and patterns to support decision-making Work closely with product managers and internal stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate them into effective BI solutions Use and adapt BI tools (especially Power BI) to develop interactive, self-service analytics Continuously improve CRM (Salesforce) setup to ensure efficient data entry, tracking, and reporting Support recurring reporting cycles and assist in preparing executive presentations Lead or contribute to 1–2 analytical projects that support market analysis and business development Minimum 2 years of experience in a data management, business analysis, or reporting role Strong command of Excel (advanced functions, Power Query, Macros) and PowerPoint Working knowledge of Power BI and data visualization best practices High attention to detail and quality in reporting and presentations Strong time management and prioritization skills Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of business metrics and decision-making logic Problem-solving attitude and proactive communication skills Fluency in English (C1 level) Employment contract with a competitive salary based on your experience Attractive performance-based bonus system Hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) Opportunities for professional growth, including potential career paths toward Product Management or BI roles Dynamic and evolving work environment across a regional team Comprehensive benefits package including : Prepaid lunch allowance; Multisport card; Medicover private healthcare; Life insurance; Access to Samsung employee store sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care life insurance remote work opportunities flexible working time lunch card
