Designing, implementing, and testing GenAI-based solutions in the AWS cloud environment Developing and optimizing GenAI models using AWS tools and services such as SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3, and other AI / ML tools Integrating AI solutions with existing infrastructure, based on serverless architectures Implementing automation mechanisms for model training, ML pipelines, and CI / CD for AI solutions Analyzing training data and preparing it for training generative models Developing and deploying real-time data processing and model training solutions Minimum 1,5-2 years of experience in the area of ML / MLOps, data engineering, GenAI (or related in AWS) Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with AI frameworks Hands-on experience in training and optimizing GenAI models Excellent verbal skills (Polish and English) and a human-friendly approach General willingness to help customers while they're struggling with technical problems Good understanding of software engineering best practices such as code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, deployment, release, and change management Continuous education Paid leave Sponsored AWS certification Training budget Medical care package Multisport card subsidy Flexible schedule Access to a language learning platform sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care sharing the costs of foreign language classes sharing the costs of professional training & courses remote work opportunities flexible working time integration events
