Are you an experienced Engineering Services Supervisor and certified electrician with proven experience providing comprehensive logistics support services at contingency military or similar commercial bases? Do you excel at facility planning, leading teams ensuring operational support, preventive maintenance, responding to emergencies, and ensuring fully operational facilities and equipment operate to OEM standards? French Consulting is seeking an Engineering Services Supervisor to oversee delivery of engineering support services for our base Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) contract supporting U.S. military installations in Southern Poland. You'll supervise Power, BFIM (Building, Facilities, Infrastructure Maintenance), Roads and Grounds, Equipment Supply, Water and Waste Water, and Minor New Works—ensuring safe, timely, and compliant execution of all maintenance and operations.

This position is ideal for a hands-on engineering leader with electrician credentials who wants to take on a supervisory role supporting military base operations in Europe.

What You'll Do

Engineering Service Delivery

• Supervise all engineering services delivery and coordinate multi-trade response to work orders
• Control daily / weekly planning to prioritize urgent and emergency response
• Plan and control preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Ensure all assets and equipment are operated and maintained to standards
• Ensure equipment is fit for purpose, maintained, and safely operated at all times
• Manage reach-back escalation when specialist expertise is required
