The opportunity

EY GDS has a pleasure to announce the opportunity to join a new role as Travel t Support working for French-speaking internal customers.

The goal of the Travel Support is to support our internal customer through Travel Policy & New technologies implemented.

Your key responsibilities

Your tasks as Travel support will consist in assisting internal customer on Travel Support process service by :

  • Qualifying the nature of the request
  • Supporting users on using travel technologies implemented
  • Identifying and logging bugs on Travel tool to Travel agency
  • Replying to question related to the Travel Policy
  • Managing escalations on Travel issues
  • Connecting the traveler with services related to refund, visa, AMEX Card, Insurance

As Travel support, you will interact & take actions on a regular basis with various actors :

  • Being in contact on daily basis with internal French clients to clarify a travel or event request / claims, get missing information or if information are missing or escalate sensitive situations
  • Being involved on building and growing the travel processes as per new rules, tool automation proposals, policy changes, regulations and policy in cooperation with the counsellor.
  • Skills and attributes for success

  • You are fluent in French language (C1 level) and a good level of English
  • Rigorous, autonomous and organized into the execution and pay attention to details
  • Customer oriented and strong communication skills to communicate effectively with various internal clients.
  • Reactivity and ability to manage urgent and / or complex requests in a professional manner
  • Agility on supporting different projects
  • You possess a very Good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Knowledge or interest on Travel industry will be an advantage
