Airfreight network optimization is one of the core pillars of our application landscape. As a Global Air Logistics IS Network Optimization Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of a dedicated product team based in Wrocław, Poland, contributing directly to the future of our air logistics technology. You'll collaborate closely with international stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver innovative software solutions that support our global operations and align with business needs.

How you create impact

• Design, develop, test, and implement solutions for our Air Logistics Gateway & Carrier Management pillar.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software aligned with business goals.
• Conduct functional testing and validation of new features before production releases to ensure system stability.
• Manage the deployment and release process, ensuring smooth transitions into production environments.
• Support and monitor applications post-launch, providing third-level support when necessary.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions, contributing to the continuous optimization and stabilization of existing processes.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, share insights, and promote best practices within the team.
• Work in an agile, collaborative environment that values quality, transparency, and continuous improvement.
