Job descriptionGoogle Cloud Platform Microsoft Azure Spark Jira Confluence As a Data Scientist – Regulatory Compliance (AI & Analytics), you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution, contributing to the development and deployment of advanced analytics solutions aimed at improving regulatory risk management. You will be supporting initiatives that combine machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data engineering to proactively monitor, identify, and mitigate compliance risks. Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, you are helping drive data-driven decision-making while continuously improving model performance, governance, and innovation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Developing and maintaining machine learning and AI models for regulatory compliance Writing and optimizing code to apply advanced analytics on complex datasets Interpreting and visualizing model outputs for both technical and non-technical audiences Collaborating with analytics teams to share insights and align best practices Communicating findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and partners Creating and delivering fully documented analytical solutions that meet business needs Monitoring existing models and updating them based on validation results Promoting data-driven decision-making aligned with long-term objectives Identifying, monitoring, and mitigating emerging regulatory risks Supporting audits, model reviews, and regulatory inquiries with analytical evidence Holding a university degree in technology, data analytics, or a related field Demonstrating strong coding skills in Python and SQL Applying advanced statistical, mathematical, and machine learning techniques Working with large and complex datasets in distributed systems such as Hadoop Understanding regulatory compliance and associated risk controls Visualizing data using tools such as Qlik or Tableau Building models and analytical products that meet governance standards Communicating complex findings effectively across diverse audiences Managing multiple priorities in an agile and evolving environment Collaborating effectively with cross-functional global teams Stable and long-term cooperation with very good conditions Enhance your skills and develop your expertise in the financial industry Work on the most strategic projects available in the market Define your career roadmap and develop yourself in the best and fastest possible way by delivering strategic projects for different clients of ITDS over several years Participate in Social Events, training, and work in an international environment Access to attractive Medical Package Access to Multisport Program Access to Pluralsight Flexible hours & remote work sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care remote work opportunities flexible working time fruits integration events corporate gym mobile phone available for private use computer available for private use saving & investment scheme no dress code coffee / tea drinks christmas gifts birthday celebration access to +100 projects access to Pluralsight
