As we scale our EMEA Engineering Operations, this role will partner closely with our UK leadership team and will focus on supporting our UK‑based clients. While you’ll enjoy the flexibility of working remotely, you’ll be closely aligned with our UK delivery teams and client stakeholders, ensuring time‑zone overlap and easier collaboration.

Please note : You must be based in Poland with citizenship or full‑time working rights to be considered for the opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimise CI / CD pipelines to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure software delivery.
• Design and implement automated deployment processes across multiple environments.
• Deploy infrastructure‑as‑code using tools such as Terraform.
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting to identify issues.
• Develop and implement fast rollback strategies to minimise downtime and risk during releases.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and operations teams.
• Continuously evaluate and improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
