We're hiring on behalf of an innovative European tech company that’s transforming how frontline teams across 150+ countries connect, collaborate, and get work done—without relying on traditional communication channels like email. As a Software Engineer (Customer & Partner), you’ll sit at the intersection of product innovation, partner collaboration, and customer success. Your work will involve hands-on prototyping, direct customer engagement, and influencing the product roadmap. You’ll get to travel across Europe and North America for on-site workshops and help shape integrations that directly improve how millions of people work.

Stack : Java, Python, (or Node.js or Ruby), React, TypeScript, REST / GraphQL APIs, OAuth, webhooks, Embedded Apps, iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato, Zapier), GenAI technologies

Salary :

UoP : 16 000 - 21 500 PLN gross / month

B2B : 144 - 194 PLN net / h + VAT (~21 000 - 28 000 PLN monthly)

Working model : 99% remotely - regular visits to clients in DACH countries (1 week per quarter)

Location : Krakow, Poland or remotely

responsibilities :

Work directly with customers to translate their needs into real, integrated solutions

Travel up to one week per quarter for hands-on co-innovation workshops

Quickly build and iterate on proof-of-concept apps using Embedded Apps, APIs, webhooks, and AI agents

Collaborate with partners to validate ideas and deliver production-ready solutions

Host technical workshops with partners and ISVs

Mentor developer teams and gather feedback to improve API experience

Build and share integration templates, connectors, and sample code

Publish technical content and speak at community events

Explore agentic AI integrations and retrieval-augmented copilots

Create a feedback loop between customers, partners, and internal product teams

requirements-expected :

5+ years in engineering, technical solutions, or presales

Experience working with partners, customers, or ISVs

Excellent verbal and written English skills

Action-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working without constant direction

Skilled in at least one backend language (Java, Python, Node.js, Ruby)

Comfortable or ready to learn frontend tools like TypeScript and React

Familiarity with REST / GraphQL APIs and OAuth authentication flows

Willingness to travel up to one week per quarter for customer visits and events

Experience publishing apps on major marketplaces (e.g., Slack, Teams, Shopify)

Familiarity with iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier, Make)

Knowledge of HR tech, payroll, or workforce tools
