  • Area of responsibility :
  • Master Data Process Ownership & Execution
  • Ensures strong execution of Master Data processes, including Materials, Vendors, Customers, and Financial Master Data
  • Ensures compliance with Master Data SLAs
  • Implements data quality measures and follows up on data quality issues
  • Reports on master data quality and process performance metrics
  • Manages data migration, data cleansing, and system / data continuity
  • Supports and / or executes transition projects within Master Data domains
  • Actively contributes to global standardization and transformation initiatives
  • Team Leadership & Management
  • Leads the team by motivating, assigning work, and resolving complex problems
  • Creates a high-performance culture through strong leadership
  • Ensures that processes are clearly understood and consistently followed by team members
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identifies and delivers continuous improvement projects
  • Aims to improve processes and encourages the team to do the same
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Flexibility
  • Maintains and develops strong business relationships with Business Units
  • Takes on variable tasks as needed to support business and project requirements
  • Specific tasks :
  • Leads a team of approximately 5–10 FTEs
  • Defines expectations for team members, sets and reviews individual objectives
  • Supervises the team to deliver high-quality, professional, and proactive day-to-day service to the client, within agreed SLAs and timelines
  • Plans and organizes daily work while fostering a positive and supportive working environment
  • Acts as a point of contact for complex queries and escalations
  • Identifies recruitment needs and participates in the hiring process
  • Identifies training needs and ensures delivery of appropriate training for team members
  • Generates and supports opportunities for process improvement and individual development
  • Aims to improve operational efficiency, add value, and enhance business performance through continuous improvement initiatives
  • Performs controls in line with regulatory requirements
  • Maintains and updates operational procedures as needed

requirements-expected :

  • Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting or a related field
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of SAP (considered an asset)
  • Project management skills (considered an asset)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in team management
  • Operational experience in Master Data, preferably material master data; customer / vendor master data also considered
  • Experience working in an international team (asset)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Good client-facing and presentation skills
