Job descriptionManage (Senior) Associate Consultants and Consultants teams, advising clients on how to realize business value Design enterprise‑leading solutions for Infosys clients, targeting precise business problems with a suitable blend of modalities, delivery mechanisms, industrial approaches and technologies, and enable solution selling plus fulfillment by both billable and non‑billable professional services Collaborate with sales, finance, legal and various team members as needed Define, lead and support complex digital transformations in a BPM environment (digital process consulting and / or SSC advisory – feasibility, creation, maturity, transformations) Understand “as‑is” business processes, design “to‑be” processes / operating models, capture and analyse client requirements leading to implementation through one or more levers (technology & non‑technology) Define and execute transformation roadmaps to move the organization from the current state to the desired future state Conduct detailed process assessments and identify opportunities or projects leveraging digital transformation levers, prepare implementation plans and present them for evaluation, review and approval by the client Leverage digital transformation and best‑in‑class market solutions to improve customer experience, efficiency and quality, and deliver value by releasing human potential Manage transformation projects in the area of automation, tools & platform solutions implementation Assess external benchmarks and best‑practice trends to define long‑term process vision, strategy, objectives and performance goals, and the operating model required to execute the process in scope effectively Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement Establish and run governance with internal and external stakeholders, pro‑actively monitor and track issues to completion Act as a link between operation, business and IT teams Performance bonus twice a year Employee referral program bonus Opportunity for professional growth through internal movement (horizontal or vertical) and internal trainings (online / onsite) Access to a training platform (self‑learning), domain / soft / technical skills training Possibility to use English daily Private medical care at Medicover (possible extension to family members) Reimbursement of a Multisport card or points on the MyBenefit platform Attractive group insurance Access to a well‑being platform, free meetings with a psychologist included Stable employment based on an employment contract with no trial period IT equipment provided by the company Bonuses from the Social Fund Flexible starting hours Opportunity to participate in charity, sports and well‑being events Hybrid mode (2 work days from the office per week) or remote work in Poland

Sourcing & Procurement Digital Transformation (Senior) Project Manager
Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź
We are looking for a candidate with :
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an SSC or BPM environment
- Experience with process improvement, redesign and harmonization (preferably in a digital environment)
- Experience in transformation projects in the area of automation, tools & platform solutions implementation (knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and software such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, JIRA)
- Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience in project management with a substantial focus on procurement
- Excellent problem‑solving, consulting skills and business acumen, with strong quantitative and analytical capabilities
- Excellent project management skills – ability to coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to manage project plans and deliverables
- Proven experience in supplier onboarding and hierarchy management; SAP expertise would be an asset
- Good communication and client‑facing skills, managing multiple stakeholders and conflicts
- Mobility up to 30%
- Thinking outside the box and advanced problem‑solving skills
