  • Previous experience with software development (ideally 2-5 years of commercial experience);
  • Strong proficiency in  Python  and relevant AI frameworks.
  • Familiarity with  PyTorch, Tensorflow ;
  • Familiarity with  OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI API ;
  • Knowledge how  RAG ,  embeddings ,  vector   databases  work;
  • Knowledge how  GraphRAG  work
  • Knolwedge of  embeddings ,  reranking  and database  optimization  for embeddings
  • Expierience with  agentic workflow , how it works, how to define tools
  • Experience with frameworks like  autogen  (AI Agent),  guidance  (Structured information)
  • Experience in cloud-based AI development (e.g.,  AWS ,  Azure ).
  • Experience with  Firebase, Supabase ;
  • Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques;
  • Ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.
  • Based in  European Union .
  • Excellent communication skills in  English  – both verbal and written ( C1+ ).
  • Based in  European Union .

    • Nice to have :

  • Familiarity with o pen source GPT models , llama, mistral;
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g.,  Spark ,  Hadoop ).
  • Examples in portfolio using ML models, e.g.  GPT ,  Stable   Diffusion  etc.;
  • Industry-specific AI experience (e.g.,  healthcare ,  finance ).
  • AI Certification like e.g. AI-900, AI-102.
