Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Reliability Engineer. Senior Reliability Engineer will perform reliability data collection and processing to prepare reliability reports, present it to different stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reliability Programme management;
  • Monitoring of MTBUR, MTBF, MTTR;
  • Preparing of reliability reports;
  • Making recommendations to manage technical availability and cost;
  • Interaction with the helicopter and engine manufactures;
  • Providing support to CHC’s supply chain forecasting and management of inventory;
  • Following up of technical events and poor performing components;
  • Recommendations for maintenance programme efficiencies;
  • Maintaining Reliability Programme procedures and documentation;
  • Implementing KPI’s for reliability management.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

  • 3+ years of work experience in reliability programme management, monitoring performance of the product and recommending solutions to improve it or equivalent experience (i.e. customer service engineering, etc..);
  • B.Sc or equivalent, preferably Aeronautical Engineering or Mathematics / Statistics;
  • Preferably aviation maintenance organisation, aeronautical equipment manufacturer or airworthiness management organisation experience;
  • Knowledge of ERP and data collection systems;
  • Fluency in English language;
  • Building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders skills;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Must have the legal right to live and work in Poland.
