As a Data Lead, we need someone with solid knowledge of Data Engineering and Machine Learning — at least staying on top of trends, understanding key concepts, and having hands-on experience working with data teams. Analytical skills and a bit of a Product Owner mindset are a must, and above all, you need to be a great lead for the team they’ll be working with. You’ll have good support — experienced Data Engineers, a Machine Learning Engineer, and a Power BI Developer — but at the same time, you’ll be working directly with the client’s CDO.

This is not a pure PM role, not pure BA — it’s more of a mix : Technical Lead + Product Owner + BA + PM.
