The Job

Job Description

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will understand customer needs and assist in solving the issue faced.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with multiple systems efficiently while maintaining a high level of precision.
  • The first point of contact for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests, solving the emerging issues with their financial challenges.
  • Recognizing customer needs.
  • Understanding customer needs and assisting to solve the issue faced.
  • Participating in the improvement of service quality and customer satisfaction by providing additional insights on how to improve them.
  • Participation in specialized training.
  • Building a good relationship with the customer while improving customer satisfaction.
  • The Profile

    Targeted Qualifications

  • Fluency in  German  Language, B2 level.
  • Fluency in  English  Language, B2 level.
  • Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
  • Eligible to work in EU or Portuguese residency status.
  • Able to work rotating shifts.
  • Computer and Internet literate.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of banking systems “is a Plus”
  • Interpersonal Skills
