All about the role
As a key enabler within our shared services team, you play a critical role in supporting compliance, health, and safety goals by ensuring the integrity of key processes enabling data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for ensuring process implementations, data accuracy and collaborating across teams to improve visibility and ethics and drive operational excellence.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be :
- Monitor, validate and analyze the quality of key datasets, with a primary focus on incident and compliance-related data.
- Conduct regular data quality checks to identify and correct deviations or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Operations, HSSE) to enhance data access and visibility of key compliance metrics.
- Support the development and optimization of internal reporting tools and dashboards, ensuring consistent, accurate and up-to-date data.
- Manage and register new claims with accurate data entry and clear documentation, serving as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Receive, assess, and investigate confidential Speak Up reports, ensuring impartiality, thorough documentation, and collaboration with HR, Legal, and Compliance.
- Conduct interviews, provide timely updates throughout SpeakUp investigations, continuously support improvements of the process.
- Assist with self-service and automation initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of digital tools and data processes.

Here are the skills and experience we’re looking for :
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.Comfortable working with data platforms; experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards is a strong advantage.Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau (or similar).Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new digital tools.Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a drive to improve systems and processes.Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, technical, compliance, or health and safety-related role.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.Here is our offer
