For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of :

Procurement Agent with German

Miejsce pracy : Katowice

Your responsibilities :

Processing order confirmations

Managing orders in the Jaggaer system

Expediting deliveries

Coordinating delivery dates with suppliers

Resolving blocked invoices

Updating vendor info records

Daily communication with suppliers and the Client

What we expect :

• Good command of German and English (min. B2 level)

1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management, Logistics, or Customer Service is nice to have

Solid Excel skills

Customer orientation and proactive mindset

Ability to handle multitasking and ad-hoc tasks

Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Teamwork spirit

SAP knowledge is a plus
